VILLA GARDEN PROPERTY REGULATIONS

These Regulations define the scope of services, liability, and rules for staying at the Villa Garden property.

§1
SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations define the scope of services, liability, and rules for staying at Villa Garden. They constitute an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, and/or paying a deposit or the total amount for the stay. By performing any of these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

2. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Villa Garden Kutno Centrum.

3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the Reception desk located in the Jana Restaurant, ul. Zduńska 11.

4. The Guest's point of contact at Villa Garden is the Reception located in the Jana Restaurant building: ul. Zduńska 11, Kutno, tel. (+48) 608 323 621, (+48) 600 363 893, (+48) 570 766 700.

§2
HOTEL DAY (CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT)

1. Rooms are rented for "hotel days."

2. The hotel day lasts from 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 11:00 (11:00 AM) the following day.

3. A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival should be reported by 10:00 AM on the day of the original departure. The property will accommodate the request subject to room availability.

4. The property reserves the right to refuse an extension of stay if full payment for the current period has not been made or in case of violation of the Regulations.

5. The property may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, flagrantly violated the Regulations, particularly by causing damage to property, personal injury to Guests, employees, or other persons.

6. For an additional fee, Guests may extend the hotel day at the current rate (25 PLN / 1 hour).

7. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed the room is rented for one hotel day.

§3
RESERVATION AND REGISTRATION

1. Registration requires presenting a valid photo ID at Reception and completing a registration card.

2. Every Guest (primary Guest and accompanying persons) is obliged to provide their details, present a photo ID, and sign the registration card.

3. Guests may not transfer their room to other persons not registered at Villa Garden, even if the paid period has not expired.

4. Only persons not suffering from infectious diseases may be accommodated.

5. Unregistered visitors may stay in the room from 07:00 to 22:00 (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

6. The property collects a security deposit (cash or debit/credit card) of 200 PLN or more per room per night for potential incidental expenses upon registration.

7. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided as a guarantee before arrival for the amount of the booked stay.

8. In case of cancellation after 10:00 AM on the day before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the Guest will be charged for the first night (unless it was a non-refundable reservation, in which case the full amount applies). This free cancellation policy does not apply to special offers or third-party booking platforms unless specified.

9. In case of early departure during the hotel day or after entering the room, no refund will be issued for that hotel day.

§4
SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1. The property provides services according to its category and standard.

2. Any complaints regarding service quality should be reported immediately to Reception.

3. Villa Garden is obliged to ensure: conditions for full and undisturbed rest, safety and confidentiality of Guest information, professional and polite service, cleaning and necessary repairs, and technical maintenance.

4. Complimentary services upon request: travel information, luggage storage, and taxi booking.

5. Guests may use the kitchen and entertainment room (located in the basement at ul. Zduńska 3) free of charge.

6. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

7. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for services, products, or damages in case of unpaid balances after departure.

§5
GUEST LIABILITY

1. Children under 12 must be under the constant supervision of legal guardians.

2. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.

3. Minors (under 18) cannot register without the presence of an adult legal guardian.

4. Villa Garden Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment caused by them or their visitors.

5. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for damages after departure. Annex 1 and Annex 2 apply.

6. Violation of Regulations may result in refusal of service. The Guest must immediately comply with demands and leave the property.

7. For safety and environmental reasons, Guests should turn off AC/heating, TV, lights, and lock the door when leaving.

8. The property has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest in case of payment delays.

§6
PROPERTY LIABILITY

1. Property liability for loss or damage of items brought by Guests is governed by the Civil Code.

2. The Guest should notify Reception of any damage immediately upon discovery.

3. The property is not liable for loss/damage of money, securities, or valuables.

4. The property does not accept items for deposit.

5. The property is not liable for items left in the in-room safe.

6. The property is not liable for damage or loss of vehicles. Parking is at the owner's risk.

§7
RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

1. Personal items left behind will be sent to the Guest at their expense upon request. If no instructions are received, items will be stored for 3 months.

§8
QUIET HOURS

1. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00 (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

2. Disturbing the peace may result in a fee according to Annex 2.

§9
COMPLAINTS

1. Guests have the right to file complaints regarding service quality.

2. Complaints are accepted at the Reception (Restauracja Jana, ul. Zduńska 11) or by phone.

§10
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

1. Small pets are accepted in selected rooms for an extra fee. Owners must clean up after pets.

2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Violation results in a fee of 500 PLN gross per day.

3. Hazardous materials and weapons are prohibited.

4. Intoxicated persons will not be served.

5. Payments in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF may be accepted at the daily rate.

6. Fire safety: candles and external heaters are prohibited.

7. Personal data (GDPR): Villa Garden processes data for service delivery. Details are available at the reception and on the website.
